Symptoms of Strabismus
Newborn babies have crossed eyes because of lack of developed vision, however, it slowly vanishes with the growth and development of an infant. It does not appear as the child grows.
Make sure to contact your ophthalmologist if you even doubt that your child has Strabismus. The earlier it get diagnosed, the earlier the treatment and better the results. In the absence of timely and appropriate treatment, there is high possibility that your child may develop double or blurry vision.
Eyes that do not align, do not move together,appear crossed or vision in one eye is accompanied with depth perception loss are few other symptoms of this eye disease.
